And because we have members at all levels, once you’re plugged in, we hope you consider mentoring a new member when the time is right!

  • Me too sis! Surprisingly, many of our members identify as introverts. Through this community, many of them have learned to break out of their comfort zone and connect on deeper levels with like-minded professionals.

    As a part of your onboarding process, you’ll identify your goals as a member of this group (and potential blockers.) You’ll also be able to schedule a 1:1 quick sync with a member of our team to talk through how you can get the most from & give the most to this flourishing community.

  • As women, we face unique challenges within the workplace - gender pay gap, lack of representation, pregnancy discrimination, juggling motherhood and career development, etc. It’s important that we have a safe space to discuss these topics and are provided with strategies tailored to factor in these challenges.

It’s my heart’s desire to help women unlock their potential and own their greatness in the workplace. As a coach, I understand that there are no shortcuts to maintaining a fulfilling career.  Similar to running a marathon, professionals must train for the long race, pace themselves and map out a plan. Lasting success requires honesty, strategy and discipline.
